During these attendances we will provide each employee the opportunity of a FREE one hour appointment to assist them in assessing their individual financial situation and provide advice and options in a number of specific areas.

Salary Packaging Assessment and Administration:
Financial Advisers Australia (FAA) is a salary packaging administration bureau. This means that we are able to outsource the administration of all of your salary packaging needs throughout Australia.
In simple terms salary packaging is a legal way to bring money around the tax man. We will spend the time working through and explaining in logical terms how salary packaging works and the benefits available to your employees. We often use diagrams to explain in simple terms each of the benefits on offer for each person individually.
We will assess each employee's salary packaging arrangements to ensure they are maximising the available benefits and identify ways in which it can be improved in their individual situation. We are able to organise and provide all documentation for the employee to implement or amend their salary packaging.
We can arrange salary packaging for your employees loan repayments, rental payments, debit cards (expense payments / bills) and various other items.
Novated Leasing:
A Novated lease is a is a three-way agreement between an employee, their employer and their finance company to lease a car for the use of the employee. We can also:
- Do an assessment of the net cost to an employee of what it would cost to have a Novated lease done and provide as many examples as each employee requires.
- Organise the finance/lease for each employee.
- Assist and organise the procurement of their new or used vehicle if required.
- Manage the expenses for the running of the motor vehicle.
- Provide ongoing advice whenever required for the life of their Novated Lease.
- Plus many other services generally provided by salary packaging a vehicle through a Novated Lease.
Superannuation Assessment:
We will assess each employee's Superannuation situation and provide the necessary calculations to identify the long term results of either increasing or decreasing their contributions. We will place your staff in an informed position to make informed decisions in this area.
Cash Flow Assessment:
We can work with your employees to evaluate how they currently operate their finances and identify ways in which it can be improved to suit the individual situation. We are able to identify how to manage their money efficiently. This is one of the most basic areas that needs to be right to be able to get ahead financially and achieve personal goals. This assessment is entirely dependant on the individuals financial situation so it is important to acknowledge that one size does not fit all.
Retirement Planning Assessment:
FAA can look at your employees individual situation, consisting of Assets, Liabilities and Superannuation, to identify what their position will be when they are considering retirement. Estate Planning ‐ Wills and Enduring Power Of Attorney’s:
FAA can assess their Wills and Enduring Power of Attorney's to ensure that these documents are current and meet with their wishes in the event of unfortunate circumstances. Having an up to date Will and an Enduring Power of Attorney is important to ensure that your employees wishes are fulfilled and to remove ambiguity and provide peace of mind.
Annual Tax Returnscompleted:
We are able to professionally prepare and lodge tax returns. We are also able to look at previous tax returns and ensure you received your full entitlement and did not pay too much tax.
Tax Planning Advice:
