Client Profiles:

Financial Advisers Australia is a customer focused financial services provider who strive to provide viable advice for not just the wealthy, but for everyone.

Are you 20‐40 years of age?
For the first 20 plus years of our working life we often try a few times to get started in our ‘financial future’, but there are so many distractions such as study, holidays, cars, having a great time, starting a family etc etc etc.

Sometimes getting started seems insurmountable and even impossible, but the reality is that there is always a way. It’s just a matter of working out how and that’s where we fit in.

There are many ‘wives tales’ or ‘conditional thinking’ patterns that suggest you need 2 incomes to get started – NOT true; we have helped an enormous number of young singles to get started; it is just a matter of education (knowledge), planning, preparation, implementation and then evaluation. We all follow this process for our employer in our everyday work lives, so why don’t we do it for ourselves in organising our own financial lives.

The answer is simple – lack of discipline. Discipline is similar to dieting, most of the time it just doesn’t work unless you have
someone helping you.

We believe you don’t need just advice (told what to do) but you need to be shown what you should do and be guided along the way.

A good adviser empowers you with the knowledge and places you in an informed position to make an informed decision and
then has the confidence to work it through with you to the end.

Are you 40‐60 years of age?
It is so common to have clients come into our office in this age bracket with the realisation that when they add up all the figures; let’s say they have between $120,000 to $400,000 of debt on their own home; do NOT have the surplus income to get it paid off before retirement; not enough money in their Superannuation to pay off their debt and have enough to live on for the rest of their lives; then further more ‐ do not have the time, funds or expertise to plan for and have a good retirement.

If you continue to worry about it and not take some affirmative action, you will end up realising the true brunt of your
worries as these worries will come true.

Take action ‐ look at your options, get the necessary knowledge through education, plan your pathway, prepare and implement as described in the following pages.

Are you 60+ years of age?
It is so frustrating to watch as the clients in this age bracket come into our office. This is the stage of life that it is recognised that you are now over the complexity of running a business or working at senior levels and you can now step‐back. What a load of rubbish!

This is the phase of your life that has the most complex structure with your finances and cash‐flow that you have no previous
experience with as you have never lived with funds from a mixed combination of pensions, superannuation, rent, interest, dividends etc etc etc

Now – who to trust? Hmmmmm!!!

Does the financial adviser you currently use have access to everything the market has to offer, or is he/she just a glorified
salesperson for a Bank, Superannuation fund or Corporation selling/flogging their products and services?

Honestly, choose someone who represents YOU and is not just meeting targets for their employer.

If you are being told a particular Corporation or Super fund (Industry Super funds in particular) don’t charge fees – run ‘100
miles per hour’ in the opposite direction. Regardless of who or where you go to, there must be someone to give you advice; they will have telephones, staff, office space etc etc etc and yes, it all costs money regardless of who they are or what they are telling you.

We here at FAA take a very complex part of your financial life and make it very simple giving direction and advice in layman’s terms that everyone understands.

We charge realistic fees that are both transparent and will ensure we are still around to provide you the necessary ongoing reviews and advice.

We are not owned by a bank or any organisation with targets to meet or incentives to push you in a particular direction. We provide the best advice that best represents your objectives and goals.

Contact us for a free no obligation appointment whatever your personal circumstances are.
