Our financial plans are designed to show you what your options are, and what the consequences of taking each of those options would be. Most people don’t have a complete understanding of what options are available to them, and they rarely understand what the consequences of those options are. Do you, even today, understand where you will be financially positioned in 5, 10, 15 or 20 years, with your current financial structure and spending habits?

When creating a plan for you it is essential to first ‘clone’ your situation to take a realistic view of where you really will be in 5, 10, 15 or 20 years time if you ‘keep on keeping on’ the way you are currently progressing. We particularly need to do this so as you have a true basis for comparison.

In your plan we always add in upfront your goals/wish‐list as there has to be a reward and encouragement for effort. If it was all about making money, honestly no one would do it; there is far more to life than making money, we all ‘need’ to have some balance in our lives; to ‘stop and smell the roses’; so our plans allow for that. 

We also do comparative scenarios and strategies to consider the options of investing in the major asset classes of property and securitised investments (shares and managed funds). In our initial plans we never recommend any particular product, but it is more of a ‘what if’ or ‘what is possible’ type of plan encompassing every scenario that you would like to consider, so you have a good understanding of what your options are. We put you in an informed position so you can make an informed decision, and start shaping your future into what you want it to be.
