Motor Vehicles
We will work with your organisation to determine what restrictions if any are placed on the benefit of Novated or Associate Leasing of motor vehicles. We are committed to ensuring all benefits are accessible to our clients, however with our taxation knowledge, we are aware that Novated or Associate Leases are not always the best option for all employees. To ensure the best fit for your employees, we will discuss Novated or Associate Leasing with your employees and individually advise suitability for their lifestyle and budget. Throughout the term of the Novated or Associate Lease, Employee Estimated Kilometres are tracked with our audit system in place triggered each December determining whether the required amount of kilometres will be reached by 31st March. Every Novated or Associate Lease is reviewed in January and where necessary the client is informed of any adjustments will be required to be made to their current packaging arrangements. We are not tied to any particular institution and as such are able to source competitive pricing on both vehicle and finance from our association with numerous companies.
Motor Vehicles Expenses and Running Costs When packaging the vehicle expenses and running costs we are able to source the most competitive packages available for fuel cards, servicing and other relevant running expenses. Customised reporting is incorporated into our systemised Salary Packaging programming.
Professional Fees and Memberships Employees will be able to Salary Package fees and subscriptions to professional associations.
Home Offices (Laptops, Mobile Devices) Employees can package these exempt items through our service and arrange payment over the required number of fortnights. Alternatively we can pay third party rental on such items.
Airline Lounge Memberships Employees will be able to Salary Package airline lounge memberships and benefits.
Fees Paid for Financial Advice FAA will provide the individual employee with appropriate financial advice and information so that the staff member can make an informed decision about their future and ensure that the employee’s salary packaging benefits are being properly managed and maximised. With our proposal FAA will provide an independent and unbiased assessment free of charge to all staff. The fees for advice and products that staff wish to take advantage of can be salary packaged.

Insurance premiums on this protection can be salary packaged. Employees have the option of seeking advice and assistance from FAA on this type of cover.
Work Related Self Education Expenses
Self education expenses can be salary packaged if the study has sufficient connection to the employee’s current employment and is undertaken to obtain a formal qualification from a recognised place of education.
Compliance of al benefits is subject to any changes to Fringe Benefits Tax Legislation, or the introduction of any State equivalent to Fringe Benefits Tax Legislation.
