FAA Property is currently seeking a Property Manager for the Maroochydore Office in Queensland.

The FAA Property is part of the FAA Group comprising of FAA Accounting, FAA Insurance and Investments, FAA Consulting, FAA Payroll and Admin Services, FAA Finance, Financial Advisers Australia and FAA Property.

The FAA Group has been operating for over 30 years servicing over 20,000 clients. We provide a wide range of financial services and products to a wide range of clients in both the government and private sectors.

Based on the Sunshine Coast, we are in a substantial growth phase; as such we have a unique opportunity for an office-based Administration Assistant / Agent Support to join our team.


Key Role Responsibilities

  • Conduct administration duties for the management of a portfolio of properties
  • Liaise with property owners and tenants
  • Property maintenance management
  • Manage arrears
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Manage trust accounting and receipting
  • Lease renewals
  • Rent Reviews
  • Compliance updates


Skills & Experience

  • Experience in residential property management
  • Passionate about providing high levels of service
  • Meeting deadlines with excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail, compliance and comprehension of all relevant legislation
  • High level of communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Well presented
  • Excellent computer skills including a sound knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, Real Estate software programs (Property Me)
  • Competent with all Real Estate portals
  • Current QLD Real Estate Registration
