FAA Training Opportunities

Our model promotes and supports the continuous development of your FAA Franchise, providing you with the training to assist you in developing and improving your technical and communication skills through a selection of service delivery methods including workshops, webinars and tailored group training to suit your individual circumstances.

We provide you with a comprehensive and extensive range of training opportunities and methods to refine your skills and learn new ones to increase your success. You also have access to ongoing training and support and we provide ongoing reference materials to assist you along the way.

What Training Opportunities are Available?

  1. Training Module 1 – this is a 2-week online training course.
  2. Training Module 2 – this is a 2-week face-to-face training course at FAA Head Office to be completed after the completion of Training Module 1.
  3. Training Module 3 – this is on-going training and support where you work with a Business Development Coach for the remainder of your FAA Franchise term.
  4. Online Resource Library – this is an online tool you can access 24/7 that provides access to tutorials, process libraries and forms.
  5. Additional Training – you can request additional tailored training from our Industry Specialists to further enhance your knowledge and skills.

 

FAA Support Platforms

FAA understands that one of the most important aspects that a Franchisee requires is support. To ensure our Franchisees are well supported, FAA have provided a large range of resources including:

  • Appointment Setters to book all of your appointments, to eliminate the administrative burden.
  • Business Development Team to generate opportunities for you to attend Sit-on-Sites and offer your services to the Organisations employees.

FAA provides you with all the necessary documentation and promotional material you will require as an FAA Franchisee. The documentation and promotional material will be available to you through an Online Resource Library (ORL), that gives you direct 24-hour access to these forms to use when required.

Not only are you provided with the necessary documentation, you are also provided with a custom-built software and secure database that provides a platform that drives compliance, manages staff efficiency and performance, manages client data, progress and reporting.

FAA have exclusive contracts with Organisations which allows FAA Franchisees to attend Sit-On-Sites and offer a range of services directly to their Employees. The range of services is bundled into an Employee Benefits Program, which the Organisation has agreed to offer to their Employees.
